t Y F_., WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
z� hereofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
rt.) c.;Admiiistrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
t' specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool -
tr Zero Depth Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
-did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the Byrnes Pool - Zero Depth Renovation,
which were preliminarily approved on September 9, 2002 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 30, 2002 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool - Zero Depth
Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30t'' day of September, 2002 .
