(Dicil WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-585, plans, specifications,
eitprm of contract, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool - Zero Depth
`i ;Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
;4TERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
pis so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
