' r- ` WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance

• `: Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool

Concrete Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool Concrete Replacement, which
were preliminarily approved on September 9, 2002 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 30, 2002 , and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool Concrete
Replacement, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
