RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
C BYRNES POOL CONCRETE REPLACEMENT.

cD p WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2002-587, plans, specifications,
icr, form of contract, etc . , for the Byrnes Pool Concrete Replacement,
I 'win the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by
cz� n this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .

d K NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
E-, is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
