n y ''WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
t t-1 of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a Minor Site Plan Amendment for Long
i oh:n Silver' s Restaurant for property generally located at 2775
cZ , Crossroads Boulevard, legally described as follows :
d Crossroads Plat No. 2 , Lot 4 , all in the City of
C Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site
Plan amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor
Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Minor Site Plan Amendment for Long
John Silver' s Restaurant for property generally located at 2775
Crossroads Boulevard, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 , and
approved by the Mayor Pro Tem this 2nd day of October, 2002 .
