IN CITY HALL COUNCIL tr CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND INSTRUCTING THE ci, 0 EC' CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING. • ' BE •IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, oAS FOLLOWS-; x r Section': 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 21st day of October, 2002, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell ' and convey a portion of alley generally located behind 528 and 532 Newton Street to David Zoll, and legally described as follows : That part of the East-West alley in Block 1, Plat of Burnside in Waterloo, Iowa, lying East of the Northerly extension of the West line of Lot 5 in said Block 1 and Westerly of a line 50 feet normally distant Southwesterly of and parallel with the centerline of Broadway Avenue, as now established, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; for $450 . 00, plus costs . Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
