n BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one-year contract extension agreement dated September
30 , 2( 02 , in conjunction with Rath Area Brownfields Redevelopment
PubliG:+ Works grant, by and between the U. S . Department of
n Commerce, Economic Development Administration, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of September, 2002 .
