C) f? WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F. '. ,_2003 Iry Warren Memorial , Gates and South Hills Golf Courses
,and, Byrnes Park Parking Lots Paving, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa; known as Contract No. 658 ,
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003 Iry
Warren Memorial , Gates and South Hills Golf Courses and Byrnes
Park Parking Lots Paving, known as Contract No. 658 , which were
preliminarily approved on September 23 , 2002 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
7, 2002 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003 Iry Warren Memorial,
Gates and South Hills Golf Courses and Byrnes Park Parking Lots
Paving, known as Contract No. 658, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2002 .
