WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 21st day of October, 2002 ,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of
Scott Jordan to rezone from "R-3" Multiple Residential District
to "R-4" Multiple Residential District property generally located
at 605-625 Johnson Street to allow for construction of two 12-
plex apartment buildings, legally described as follows :
The Southwesterly 110 feet of even width of Hospital
Square, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2002 .
