01 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE U. S .
O no l : ''0 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, OFFICER OF PUBLIC
tri POLICING, FOR COPS IN SCHOOLS GRANT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR PRO TEM.
-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that - the Agreement dated October 7 , 2002 , in the amount of
$153 ,-281 . 00 , with local match of $28 , 281 . 00 , to provide for an
additional School Resource Officer in the schools, by and between
° the U. S . Department of Justice, Officer of Public Policing, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2002 .
