DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND

9"` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

m ' 'hat the Agreement dated October 7 , 2002 , for Iowa Brownfields
" Rdevelopment Program funds in the amount of $400 , 000 . 00 (50
percent forgivable loan and 50 percent grant) for redevelopment
of the former Construction Machinery Company (CMC) site as part
: cf:'.the Rath Neighborhood Plan, by and between Iowa Department of
m economic Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October, 2002 .
