mAATERLOO, IOWA, that the Interchange Justification Report from
Kirkham Michael in conjunction with a new access off of U.S .
Highway 20 at Ansborough Avenue, be and the same is hereby
apprOved, and the City Engineer authorized to proceed with
negotiation of preliminary and final design contracts with Earth
Tech.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 2002.
