RESOLUTION NO. 2002-691 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH JOHN AND JANET ROBINETT FOR TAX EXEMPTIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS TOTALING $155, 000. 00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1727 BUTLER AVENUE IN THE CONSOLIDATED URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
