BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'C-2,itat the lease agreement dated December 9, 2002, to lease
s jproperty generally located in Riverview Recreational Area to be
tO pused for storage of bricks for a lease amount of $350. 00 per
rqyear, by and between John Gavin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2002 .
