‹! BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'4that the application dated December 9, 2002, for Environmental
Justice grant in the amount of $20, 000. 00 in conjunction with
Highway 63 Corridor Study from U. S. Highway 218 to Donald
Street, by and between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
(:)f the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2002 .
