WHEREAS, Family Video is owner of property located at 210,

ivti WHEREAS, special assessments in the amount of $3, 020. 08 have

c The Northwesterly Half of the Southeasterly Half of
O Lots Nos. 2 and 3 in Block No. 35 in the Original Plat,
on the East side of the Cedar River, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, in the amount of
$85 . 00;
and
212 Franklin Street - Parcel No. 8913-24-311-003
The Southeasterly Half of the Southeasterly Half of
Lots Nos. Two (2) and Three (3) in Block No. Thirty-
Five (35) in the Original Plat, on the East Side of the
Cedar River, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, in the amount of $1, 869. 65;
and
216 Franklin Street - Parcel No. 8913-24-311-004
The Northwesterly Forty-Five (45) feet of Lots Nos. One
(1) and Four (4) in Block No. Thirty-Five (35) in the
Original Plat, on the East Side of the Cedar River, in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, in the
amount of $1, 065. 43.
WHEREAS, Family Video has requested that the City Council
forgive the above special assessments, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous to forgive the above described special assessments, as
certified to the Black Hawk County Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby instructed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer that
said described special assessments for property located at 210,
212 and 216 Franklin Street, as legally described above, be and
the same are hereby forgiven.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2002 .
