0 S4c-efon 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
rr'shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6h day of January, 2003 for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey Lots
C and D generally located on Pleasant Valley Drive to Dr. H. Mark
Trunnel, and legally described as follows :
Homestead Addition Lots 4 and 2, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
for $32, 400. 00, plus costs.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2002 .
