T ;50 = WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
g,lChief, to prepare and file bid documents for the purchase of
Cvhicle for Waterloo Fire and Rescue in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, as specified, and
tc WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said bid documents, and
'-ithe Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
Same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of December, 2002 .
