RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
0n DOCUMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLE FOR

or, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed bid document for the purchase of vehicle for Waterloo
jr QF re and Rescue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
W'7! WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said preliminary bid
.-:document for the purchase of vehicle for Waterloo Fire and
Rescue, which was preliminarily approved on December 9, 2002 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December
16, 2002 and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document for the purchase
of vehicle for Waterloo Fire and Rescue, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same is hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
