RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH
G a O PURCHASE OF VEHICLE FOR WATERLOO FIRE AND
H RESCUE .

WHEREAS, by Resolution No . 2002-716, the bid document for
(-1 the purchase of vehicle for Waterloo Fire and Rescue, in the City
not Waterloo, Iowa, has been approved and adopted by this Council
rafter the hearing prescribed by statute .
"' I + NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said bid document .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
