(A tia 7 N coA7 h1r O tri 13E' ,RgSOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Mutual Aid 28E Agreement dated December 16, 2002 to provide fire and emergency assistance when needed on a reciprocal basis, by and between members of the Black Hawk County Firemen' s Association, including the cities of Cedar Falls, Denver, Dunkerton, Evansdale, Fairbank, Gilbertville, Hudson, Janesville, Jesup, LaPorte City, Raymond and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
