and Sailors Park, Phase II , Contract No. 644 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and
Recommendation of Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
