SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF

:n lT WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed Waterloo
, Io, sng Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
-,,. Fr, ontract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
R l"Acement of Heating/Air Conditioning Units at 225 W. Ridgeway
Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Director has filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
