"ji WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed Building
�F o Official/Maintenance Administrator to prepare and file plans,
`"' ; specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
F,cbst, etc . , for the construction of the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center 2002 Renovation, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
a as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of costs, etc . , and the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 2002 .
