RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS, BONDS AND
CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE OF PETERSON
CONTRACTORS, INC. , OF REINBECK, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2001 RATH VERTICAL KILL BUILDING
DEMOLITION, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
BEING CONTRACT NO. 628 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Peterson Contractors, Inc. , of Reinbeck, Iowa,
for the F.Y. 2001 Rath Vertical Kill Building Demolition, Contract
No. 628, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
8th day of January, 2001, together with the accompanying bond for
the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Seaboard
Surety Company of Baltimore, Maryland, as surety thereon, be, and
the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of Janaury, 2001 .
