RESOLUTION NO. 2001-12
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH SFT
CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 8, 2001 for consulting services at
a cost of $43, 700 . 00 in conjunction with establishment of a fiber
optic telecommunications network, by and between SFT Consulting
Engineers, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 2001 .
