RESOLUTION NO. 2001-15
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT DIVISION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 8, 2001 for a grant in the amount
of $5, 100. 00 to prepare a Hazard Mitigation Plan, by and between
the Iowa Emergency management Division, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of January, 2001 .
