RESOLUTION NO. 2001-16
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
(INRCOG) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 8, 2001 to provide technical and
professional services in preparation of a Hazard Mitigation Plan by
and between the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments
(INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8tn day of January, 2001 .
