RESOLUTION NO. 2000-57
RESOLUTION APPROVING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF
PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO HOUSING AUTHORITY FISCAL YEAR 2002
PUBLIC HOUSING PLAN AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Notice of Public Comment Period in
conjunction with the Waterloo Housing Authority Fiscal Year 2002
Public Housing Plan, be and the same is hereby approved.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of said Public Comment Period in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, 2001 .
