RESOLUTION NO. 2001-65
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E AGREEMENT WITH CITY
OF ELK RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID 28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated February 26, 2001 to provide fire
protection and ambulance services, by and between City of Elk Run
Heights, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February, 2001 .
