RESOLUTION NO. 2001-70
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE REROOFING
OF WEST WING AT WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor of said
City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for the Reroofing of West Wing at Waterloo Center for the
Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Facilities Maintenance Supervisor did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
Reroofing of West Wing at Waterloo Center for the Arts, which were
preliminarily approved on February 26, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 5,
2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Reroofing of West Wing at Waterloo
Center for the Arts, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 2001 .
