RESOLUTION NO. 2001-72
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "C-Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT 1137 DUNDEE
AVENUE.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning District for property generally located at 1137
Dundee Avenue to allow for a plumbing office with supply storage
and legally described as follow:
Hagerman Place, Block 23, Lots 9 and 10, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on March 5, 2001, at 5: 30
p.m. at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by
law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal
to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan
amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning District for property generally located at 1137
Dundee Avenue to allow for a plumbing office with supply storage,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 2001, and approved
by the Mayor this 7th day of March, 2001 .
