RESOLUTION NO. 2001-76
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM BRUCE STILES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from Bruce
Stiles to burn a portion of prairie grass located on Big Rock Road,
one-quarter mile west of Highway 63, during March 17 - April 28,
2001, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 2001 .
