RESOLUTION NO. 2001-83
RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF JAMIE AND
JIM' S KIDS TO CONDUCT 5K AND 10K RUN/WALK ON
MAY 19, 2001, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Jamie and Jim' s Kids is planning a 5K and 10K
Run/Walk to be held on Saturday, May 19, 2001, starting at 9: 30
a.m. until completed, with the race route beginning and ending at
Central Middle School track facility, and
WHEREAS, said Jamie and Jim' s Kids is requesting permission to
conduct said 5K and 10K Run/Walk on city streets on Saturday, May
19, 2001, starting at 9: 30 a.m. until completed, with the race
route beginning and ending at Central Middle School track facility.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Jamie and Jim' s Kids to
conduct 5K and 10K Run/Walk on May 19, 2001 starting at 9: 30 a.m.
until completed, with the race route beginning and ending at
Central Middle School track facility, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2001 .
