RESOLUTION NO. 2001-85
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF LOCKARD
DEVELOPMENT TO REZONE FROM "A-1" AGRICULTURAL
DISTRICT TO "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT PROPERTY
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
HAMMOND AVENUE AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE, AS APRIL
9, 2001, AT 5: 30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS
IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 9th day of April, 2001, for the purpose of
considering and acting upon an application of Lockard Development
to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "C-2" Commercial
District property generally located at the northwest corner of
Hammond Avenue and San Marnan Drive to allow development of a
restaurant and office space facility and legally described as
follows:
Unplatted Waterloo West East 300 feet South 445. 8 feet
Southeast Southeast Southeast except East 200 feet North
100 feet and except Highways Section 3 Township 88 Range
13, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa;
and also,
Unplatted Waterloo West North 100 feet South 445. 8 feet
East 200 feet Southeast Southeast Section 3 Township 88
Range 13 except Highway, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
