RESOLUTION NO. 2001-90
RESOLUTION APPROVING MUTUAL RELEASE,
SETTLEMENT AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
ENGINEERING CORPORATION AND PACCAR, INC. D/B/A
PETERBILT MOTORS COMPANY AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Mutual Release, Settlement and Indemnity Agreement dated
March 12, 2001 in conjunction with garbage truck fire on January
18, 1999, by and between Wayne Engineering Corporation and PACCAR,
Inc. d/b/a Peterbilt Motors Company, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2001 .
