RESOLUTION NO. 2001-91
RESOLUTION APPROVING LETTER OF AGREEMENT WITH
COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS
AND NORTHEAST IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Agreement dated March 12, 2001 to extend
deadline to June 15, 2001 to reimburse the Community Foundation of
Waterloo/Cedar Falls and Northeast Iowa for the former depot
building, by and between the Community Foundation of Waterloo/Cedar
Falls and Northeast Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, 2001 .
