RESOLUTION NO. 2001-96
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID LEASE AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Ten Year Lease Agreement dated March 19, 2001 to use the
Chicago Great Western Depot building as classroom and office space
for UNI-CUE and a Welcome Center, with two five-year renewal
periods, at an annual lease amount of $72 , 420 . 75, by and between
the University of Northern Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approvd, ond the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of t} City , Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Parch, 2001 .
