RESOLUTION NO. 2001-97
RESOLUTION APPROVING QUIT CLAIM DEED AND
DISCLAIMER AFFIDAVIT TO CONVEY TO INTERSTATE
BRANDS CORPORATION PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED
IN THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed and Disclaimer Affidavit, dated March 19,
2001, to convey to Interstate Brands Corporation property
generally located in the in the Northeast Industrial Park,
described as follows :
Lot 5, Northeast Industrial Park Plat No. 1, all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and conveyed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, 2001 , and approved
by the Mayor on the 21st day of March, 2001 .
