RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
G4 d E WITH RANDAL ROBINSON AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
? , OF SAID ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Encroachment Agreement dated March 26, 2001 for l' x 96'
portion of alley generally located behind 907 Byron Avenue, legally
described as follows :
The one foot strip of vacated alley in Block 12 of
Greenfield Addition described as follows : The South one
foot of the 16 foot wide alley as platted in Block 12 of
Greenfield Addition that lies North of and adjacent to
the East 8 feet of Lot 7 Block 12 said addition, North
of and adjacent to Lot 8 Block 12 said addition, and
North of and adjacent to the West 31 feet of Lot 9 Block
12 said addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
by and between Randal Robinson of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 2001 .
