RESOLUTION NO. 2001-102
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated March 26, 2001 to use Newell, East 4th,
Donald and Broadway Streets as detours in conjunction with Chicago,
Central & Pacific Railroad crossing replacement on Highway 63,
generally located north of Arlington Street, by and between the
Iowa Department of Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor Pro Tem
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of March, 2001 .
