RESOLUTION NO. 2001-107
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH REMODELING OF
ROOMS 10-13 AT THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor of said
City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc. , for Remodeling of Rooms 10-13 at the Five Sullivan Brothers,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Facilities Maintenance Supervisor did file said
preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
Remodeling of Rooms 10-13 at the Five Sullivan Brothers, which were
preliminarily approved on March 19, 2001, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 2,
2001, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for Remodeling of Rooms 10-13 at the Five
Sullivan Brothers, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same
are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
