RESOLUTION NO. 2000-108
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED AT A COST
NOT TO EXCEED $65, 000. 00, WITH REMODELING OF
ROOMS 10-13 AT THE FIVE SULLIVAN BROTHERS
CONVENTION CENTER.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2000-107, plans, specifications,
etc. , for Remodeling of Rooms 10-13 at the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been
approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements be
made at a cost not to exceed $65, 000. 00, in accordance with said
plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2'd day of April, 2000.
