RESOLUTION NO. 2001-113
RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXCEPTION
TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM VERN FISH OF
HARTMAN RESERVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from Vern
Fish of Hartman Reserve to burn prairie grass in four areas located
within Hartman Reserve Nature Center during the periods of early
April 2001, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2'd day of April, 2001 .
