RESOLUTION NO. 2001-115
RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF CONTRACT
WITH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION (EDA)
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract dated April 2, 2001 for an extension of contract
through October 10, 2002, in conjunction with the Rath Area
Redevelopment Project, by and between the Economic Development
Administration (EDA) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of April, 2001 .
