RESOLUTION NO. 2001-117
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated April 2, 2001 to provide
computer hardware to enhance statewide crash data reporting with
automated collection and data capture tools through the Traffic and
Criminal Software program, by and between Iowa Department of
Transportation, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
