RESOLUTION NO. 2001-118
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
NORTHLAND REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS
(INRCOG) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated April 2, 2001 to provide digital data and
digital data products in conjunction with Window on Waterloo, Phase
V, Contract No. 579, by and between Iowa Northland Regional Council
Of Governments (INRCOG) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
