RESOLUTION NO. 2001-119
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF
UNPAID MOWING, SNOW REMOVAL AND CODE
ENFORCEMENT FEES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364 . 12 (3) (h) allows municipalities
to certify unpaid mowing, snow removal and code enforcement fees to
the benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk, be and the same is
hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all
unpaid lot mowing, snow removal and code enforcement fees as
contained in the attached schedule now on file in the City Clerk' s
office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
