RESOLUTION NO. 2001-122
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS TO SEEK BIDS FOR ASPHALT
EMULSION/BITUMINOUS PRODUCTS IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE F.Y. 2001 OILING/SEAL COATING
PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of the Superintendent of Streets to seek bids for
asphalt emulsion/bituminous products in conjunction with the F.Y.
2001 Oiling/Seal Coat Program, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
