RESOLUTION NO. 2001-123
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON AMENDMENTS TO THE
WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, SECTION 34-79. 1,
AS IT PERTAINS TO SANITARY SEWER HOOK-UP FEES,
AS APRIL 16, 2001, AT 5: 30 P.M. AT CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SAID HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City
Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on
the 16th day of April, 2001 for the purpose of considering and
acting upon amendments to the Waterloo Code of Ordinances, Section
34-79. 1, as it pertains to sanitary sewer hook-up fees, a copy of
which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of
the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 2001 .
